RURAL RESIDENTIAL MASTERPLAN - WEST SUSSEX

Landscape masterplan and green infrastructure strategy for 50 dwellings within a rural setting, integrating an approved barn conversion and replacement dwelling; residential build nearing completion.

BARN CONVERSION IN NATIONAL LANDSCAPE - HAMPSHIRE

Landscape and Visual Appraisal supporting conversion of a barn within a sensitive rural landscape; permission secured and construction underway.

RURAL-URBAN FRINGE COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT - BERKSHIRE

Landscape consultancy, LVIA and design input for mixed-use commercial development on a rural–urban fringe site, addressing strategic gap sensitivity and visual integration; permission granted.

RECREATION GROUND MASTERPLAN - HAMPSHIRE

Landscape masterplan for an Avon Valley recreation ground, establishing a long-term framework to support public consultation and funding bids; phased implementation underway.

RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ON EXPANDING CITY EDGE - WILTSHIRE

Landscape design and biodiversity net gain coordination for 15 dwellings and six flats at a sensitive city-edge location; under consideration.

COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT AT SETTLEMENT EDGE - DEVON

Landscape and Visual Appraisal for a large retail development at the settlement edge within a sensitive coastal landscape near a designated National Landscape; under consideration.

THERAPY CENTRE DEVELOPMENT - BERKSHIRE

Landscape strategy and design for a therapy centre and café within mature parkland, integrating relocated play provision, parking and tree protection areas; under consideration.
